Airline Gets Creative with Job Postings via Mobile Ads

Campaign Objective

An international airline company wanted to leverage mobile ads to general leads for internal recruiters by targeting competitor airline locations.

Targeting

Placecast set up geofences around airports and competing airline corporate headquarters, offices and training centers in Germany, France, UK, Australia and Ireland.



User Experience

Users located within the geofences were served a 320 x 50 in-app mobile banner ad promoting available job openings for the airline company. On click, users were taken to a mobile optimized landing page that had 4 different job openings: General Vacancies, Engineers, Crew and Pilot. Each link clicked through to further job details.



Ad performance

The campaign generated over 1k secondary clicks on the landing page for the different job listings, effectively driving awareness and generating leads for airline company’s internal recruiters.
